Ingredients:
- 1 package (16 ounces) elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Reduce heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Add macaroni; toss to coat. Pour into a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Let the mac and cheese cool for a few minutes before serving. You can enjoy it straight out of the oven, or let it cool a bit and cut it into squares for a fun presentation.
