Instructions

- Mix the miso paste, gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and scallions in a bowl. Reserve half of the mixture for later.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and cover it with the mixture. Roast for 30 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and brush it with the remaining mixture. Roast for an additional 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Toss the peppers and onion in the olive oil and grill for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
