Ube Cheese Pie Recipe

  • 1/2 cup mashed ube or ube jam

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

To make the pie crust, mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Add the unsalted butter into it little by little, then mix it until the mixture turns into small lumps.
