Mueller's Mac & Cheese Recipe

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Slowly whisk in the flour until you have a smooth mixture.

4. Pour in the milk and whisk until combined. Add the dry mustard, salt, and pepper to taste.

5. Increase heat to medium and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to thicken.

6. Stir in the cheese until it’s fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

7. Add the macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well combined.

8. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.

9. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top.

10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.

11. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve hot and enjoy!
