Ingredients:

1 cup shredded jack cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup diced pimentos

1/4 cup diced red onion

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the shredded jack cheese and mayonnaise. Stir until the mixture is well-blended and creamy. Next, add the diced pimentos, red onion, and Dijon mustard. Stir until the ingredients are well-distributed throughout the cheese mixture. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.
