Salted Turtle-Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaked sea salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. In a medium bowl, stir together the crushed chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and chopped pecans. Press the mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

3. In a large saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder, and salt. Add the eggs and milk and whisk until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
