Sausage Ball Recipe With Cheese Whiz

Growing up in the South, there was one recipe that was a staple in our household and never failed to bring everyone together: sausage cheeseballs. These bite-sized morsels are savory, cheesy, and pack a punch of flavor that will make you the star of any potluck or party. – 2 cups of Bisquick mix
– 1 pound of sausage (I prefer mild, but you can use hot for some extra spice)
– 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup of milk
– 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary
– Salt and pepper to taste

Now that you have all of your ingredients, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and let’s get started on the recipe.

In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, sausage, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until it is well combined.

Next, roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet. I like to line my sheet with parchment paper to make clean-up easier.

Bake the cheeseballs for 18-20 minutes or until they are golden brown. Be careful not to overcook them, as they will become dry.

Once they are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. I like to set them out on a platter with toothpicks for easy serving.
