Miniature Avocado Cheese Sandwich Recipe

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread
  • 2 slices of vegan cheese

  • 1/4 red onion, sliced

The Instructions:

1. First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Cut the avocado in half and discard the seed. Scoop the avocado into a bowl and mash it with a fork until it is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.

4. Add a slice of vegan cheese to two of the bread slices and place them on a baking sheet. Bake them in the preheated oven for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
