Mikes Farm Mac And Cheese Recipe

If you’re in the mood for a delicious, easy-to-make dinner, boy have we got a treat for you! This recipe for baked dishes is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eaters, and it won’t take you all night to prepare.

Ingredients:

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 cup chopped onions

– 1 can cream of mushroom soup

– 1 can tomato sauce

– 1 can mushroom stems and pieces

– 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– Salt and pepper to taste

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onions until the beef is fully cooked and the onions are soft and tender.

Next, add the cream of mushroom soup, tomato sauce and mushrooms, stirring until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in the cooked elbow macaroni and 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese, reserving the remaining 1/2 cup for later.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top of the mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through.

This baked dish is perfect for a family dinner, a potluck, or even for meal prepping for the week. Plus, it’s a great way to sneak some vegetables into your diet with the addition of mushrooms and onions.
