  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
