Dave Poe's Mac And Cheese Recipe

– 1 (6-7lb) pork shoulder roast
– 1/4 cup Dave Poe’s BBQ rub
– 1/4 cup yellow mustard
– 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
– 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
