Ingredients
- 2 lbs of crawfish
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup of hot sauce
- 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place your crawfish into a large pot of boiling water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, or until they turn bright red. Drain and rinse the crawfish under cold water.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add in the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine all of the ingredients.
- Add in the cooked crawfish and stir, making sure that the crawfish are coated evenly with the butter and spices.
- Cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the crawfish are heated through. Make sure to stir occasionally so that the crawfish don't stick to the bottom of the saucepan.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot, with plenty of napkins on hand!
