Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of diced pimentos
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup of finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pimentos, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
  2. Line a small bowl with plastic wrap and add the cheese mixture. Use the wrap to mold the mixture into a ball shape.
  3. Refrigerate the cheese ball for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  4. Remove the cheese ball from the plastic wrap and coat it in finely chopped pecans.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
