Ingredients:

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  9. Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese and Boursin cheese on top of the mac and cheese mixture. Cover the baking dish with foil.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  11. Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
